2nd Part Stop Chattering Of Mind

...As we had understood our mind will work to its best when it is in joyful state, adding further in this digital world our focus is limited to a very few second on a particular thing which ( focus ) is to be increased for longer time.

If we want for blissful life in this busy and competitive world we have to bring our awareness to present and practice it to be in present state no matter whatever the situation is..
Most of the time if we think what we are doing we will find our mind is full of past experience non stop thinking and future fear by uncontrol imagination. The joy will only start if we break this chain of mind practice just by bringing our awareness to exact present state.
This will not happen in a day as mind has practiced enough to be in past and in imagination that it enjoys in remaining in past and future and we are just following what our mind is feeding.
If we have to live this beautiful life we have to practice to be in present.
Once we bring our awareness it will go away bring it back , once again it will go away , after practicing it will become natural habit to be in present, automatically mind will reach to its original way and we will touch the life to its fullest.

We can break the ageing by this awareness we will be looking younger that what we are and this will be seen in our face, presently just focus on your face it is dull and worried just check !
Now bring your awareness where you are sitting , what air you are breathing,  how other things in front of your eyes are moving just see them without any assumption and practice for twenty minutes, look the miracle happening to this very life.

When this awareness become the real nature of this life we will hit the blissfulness.
Life is very beautiful given by nature so just taste it with the original nature don't add spices and ruin it, just take life as it is given by nature.
